DUBAI SPORTS WORLD, UAE

Dubai Sports World packs the globe’s favourite sports into the Emirate’s largest, indoor summer sports venue. Organised by Dubai World Trade Centre in association with Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Sports World hosts numerous academies and sports enthusiasts of all ages, covering a range of activities, fitness programmes and events - all summer long.

Miraj was commissioned to set up the entire arena spanning more than 25,000 m² of air conditioned space. Working in close co-ordination with a number of specialists, Miraj successfully orchestrated the entire preparation of the various courts, pitches, on-site branding and miscellaneous other arrangements.

SAP Knowledge Day 2017 NORTH PARK AUDITORIUM, SAUDI ARAMCO SAUDI ARABIA

SAP Knowledge Day saw delegates gain access to high-level thinking around the world, bringing together key industry experts from leading energy companies to discuss operational excellence best practices in the energy and natural resources market to enhance processes and maintain profitability.

Miraj was entrusted with designing the theme, branding and event collateral in light of the fact that the Forum should reflect the latest innovative solutions that help business run better and excel in the ENR industry. Using an ‘Infographics’ design approach, Miraj captured the essence of the event, highlighting intelligence, networking, communication and connectivity which were applied in various branding materials in a systematic and engaging manner.

GENERAL CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (GCAA) STRATEGY LAUNCH 2017 – 2021, DUBAI

To guide the industry's development within the Emirates and celebrated the launch with valuable stakeholders who contributed in creating the success of aviation.

Miraj played an instrumental role in managing the launch event of the The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) unveiled its 2017-2021-strategy plan by creating a distinctive theme and branding to capture the essence of the aviation industry in a contemporary and elegant manner. A video was developed to showcase the achievements of GCAA.

An innovative stage design, appropriate lighting, custom made branded gifts and logistical support ensured that the event concluded seamlessly. Miraj exceeded all expectations and GCAA achieved their objectives as the event was a great success.

SAUDI ARAMCO FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN 2017 IN DHAHRAN, RAS TANURA, YANBU & RIYADH

As part of their vision to build a culture of safety, Saudi Aramco conducted a Fire Safety Awareness Campaign in 4 different locations in the Kingdom,at Dhahran, Ras Tanura, Yanbu and Riyadh.

The campaign reached out to more than 10,000 people with the message of fire safety through huge tents that were designed and installed by Miraj. These innovative public spaces featured a wide range of activities that were organised by Saudi Aramco’s Fire Safety Department.

The theme design was integrated across the whole environment, inspiring a unique and exciting ambience. Visitors gained understanding of the perils of fire, before and after fire scenarios and above all, they were thrilled to participate in various fire safety exercises.

ALBA - SAFETY TOMORROWLAND IN BAHRAIN

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), the Bahrain-based aluminium smelter, launched its plant-wide safety campaign ‘Safety Tomorrowland in line with its commitment to a higher safety culture.

As part of the campaign, Miraj was commissioned to design an exclusive environment - Safety Tomorrowland - to reflect safety as Alba’s number one priority in a futuristic setting. Inspired by the concept of a spaceship theme that takes the visitor on a journey to ‘Safety Tomorrowland’, the environment design reflected a spirit of exploration and adventure. Providing a cosmic setting with controlled lighting features, the whole plan was designed to stimulate the intellectual curiosity of young and old alike.

IKTVA FORUM & EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2016 FOR SAUDI ARAMCO, DAMMAM

Saudi Aramco launched the In-Kingdom Total Value Add Programme (iktva) programme in December 2015, to systematize local value creation efforts in partnership with its supplier network. To commemorate the one-year anniversary of launching its localization initiative, the iktva Forum 2016 along with the first annual iktva Excellence Awards was held on 14 December 2016.

Miraj was entrusted with designing and organising the iktva Forum 2016 and the first iktva Excellence Awards for Saudi Aramco. Right from concept development to planning and design of the event, providing key inputs regarding audio, developing the event video, and lighting elements, Miraj successfully created a memorable event for the attendees.

SAP FORUM FOR ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES KEMPINSKI HOTEL, AL KHOBAR SAUDI ARABIA

SAP 2nd Energy & National Resources Forum was conducted at the Kempinski Hotel, Khobar - KSA. The Forum examined the different strategies used by the energy industry to achieve operational excellence.

Miraj helped create a vibrant atmosphere for the Forum through engaging graphic design and event management support. The theme design and event branding was inspired by the fact that SAP is a market leader who is at the center of today’s business and technology revolution. Miraj successfully facilitated the event which was attended by around 200 and included Keynote Speakers, Demo Showcases, a Breakout Session Agenda and Raffle Draw.

OPENING CEREMONY OF THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (NITI) AL HASSA - SAUDI ARABIA

The National Industrial Training Institute was established to prepare the youth in KSA to gain entry-level expertise into major corporations and business sectors of the country. The launch event was a national event attended by dignitaries, including HRH Prince Saud Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz, and high-level executives from SEC, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden and all the leading companies in KSA.

Miraj developed the brand identity, content and theme for this launch. A ‘Smart Glass’ technological breakthrough was achieved by turning opaque smart glass panels to transparent with a single touch to reveal the event cornerstone. The key messages were delivered via digital infographics, digital touch screens and social media.

Miraj organized and handled the entire event, installing the tent and stage, as well as managing the audio-visual technology, power generation and catering.

OPENING CEREMONY OF THE IN-KINGDOM TOTAL VALUE ADD (IKTVA) PROGRAM DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA

Through IKTVA Program, Saudi Aramco is taking action to drive additional domestic value creation to support a rapidly changing Kingdom and foster future prosperity. The goal of this new program is to promote local content development leading to higher levels of Saudization and local spending to boost the Kingdom’s economy, capabilities, and supply chain.

Miraj was asked to envision the IKTVA brand and develop its unique identity through the opening ceremony. We worked within the corporate brand colours and created a more youthful and dynamic brand identity in line with the brand’s vision and mission. Miraj managed the opening ceremony and provided complete branding, event collateral, program literature, and developed a fully responsive website for IKTVA.

OPENING CEREMONY OF AL KHAFJI JOINT OPERATIONS (KJO) AL KHAFJI, SAUDI ARABIA

The visit of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Khafji Governorate and Al Khafji Operations (KJO) in particular, was considered highly significant given the close proximity and working relations between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Miraj had only a week’s time when it was entrusted with the responsibility of designing the event. From preparing the agenda to sourcing a gift worthy of His Highness, Miraj confidently orchestrated this prestigious event. The inauguration ceremony of KJO’s innovative projects demanded a novel inauguration method. For this, Miraj created two exquisite tents, a grand stage, a giant LED screen and a touch screen-aided inauguration sequence.

From VIP Meet & Greet and hospitality to branding and premium gifts, the Miraj team worked efficiently and precisely. A limited edition porcelain gyrfalcon was presented to HRH the Prince, before being led on a tour of the facility.

The event got all the attention that we set out to achieve. In the light of the high security and extremely sensitive nature of the event, Miraj had to work with a zero margin for error. The event was rolled out precisely as it was planned and won praise for the agency’s flawless co-ordination and minute attention to details.

EXHIBITION EVENT BY ROYAL SAUDI AIR FORCE (RSAF) SCITECH, DHAHRAN - SAUDI ARABIA

To commemorate the 84th Saudi National Day, the Royal Saudi Air Force participated in an exhibition at Scitech in Dhahran. For the first time, the RSAF was displaying its operational capabilities to a general audience, showcasing the latest equipment, ammunition and technological achievements. HRH Prince Saud Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the event in the presence of senior army officers and government officials.

Miraj designed an entire floor space with high quality graphics and stands. The challenge was to accommodate the heavy equipment and arrange it in an interesting yet informative manner. In co-operation with senior commanders of the Air Force, the event was finally opened to the public, who flocked the venue in large numbers to witness the range of hardware.

CSR EVENT SAUDI ARAMCO - GCC TRAFFIC WEEK ABQAIQ - SAUDI ARABIA

The GCC Traffic Week was organized in recognition of growing concerns over traffic safety. Saudi Aramco Abqaiq chose to renew its efforts at spreading the message of traffic safety and the dangers it pose for citizens. The challenging 7-day event inspired Miraj to develop exciting solutions and a theme that resonated with different age groups.

An event mascot was designed to engage with the visitors. Further, actual vehicles and equipment at the venue helped provide a practical experience to demonstrate the benefits of safe driving. Audio-video content played at the event used statistics and real-life incidents to drive home the message of traffic safety.

Visitors were welcomed at the entrance with a large revolving central structure bearing the message, ‘Be Wise. Drive Safely.’ A 3D animation video about traffic safety was continuously played in this revolving structure to help visitors understand the importance of the message.

CSR EVENT SAUDI ARAMCO ABQAIQ - SAUDI ARABIA

Saudi Aramco Abqaiq planned to organize an energy conservation campaign, seeking to encourage citizens to participate freely. The objective of the event was to raise awareness about energy savings as a part of everyday life.

Miraj utilized the large space at the event to develop a unique landscape and allow the public to walk around and enjoy the experience. As a first, Miraj designed an augmented reality app that allowed viewers to experience a fascinating 3D animation of the event’s mascot.

The emphasis was on energy efficient systems as part of the conservation agenda. All in all, a well-managed event that was planned as a major CSR initiative and remembered for its innovative and experiential media content.

SAFETY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN SAUDI ARAMCO “TEACH ME TO PROTECT ME” DHAHRAN - SAUDI ARABIA

Saudi Aramco Drilling and Workover Department organized a safety campaign for all its employees to communicate allround safety aspects for the entire family.

Miraj conceptualized an event theme ‘Teach Me 2 Protect Me’ that would be the main driver of the safety campaign. In addition to the event tents, graphics and messages related to safety on the road, hygiene, fire safety, poolside safety, kitchen, and bedroom, the venue also featured a driving track for kids.

The highlight of the event was a pre-fabricated and fully furnished safety house with an automated entry-exit passage controlled by a handheld mobile device that caught people’s attention. A large hygiene tent was also the centre of the attraction. The event’s popularity soared to such an extent that the 3-day duration had to be extended to meet public demand.

NASS 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, BAHRAIN

NASS is considered as one of the leading industrial Groups in Bahrain and the Middle East. For the completion of their 10th anniversary, Miraj was entrusted with putting together a celebration at the Bahrain International Circuit. The entire event was orchestrated with precision - from graphic design and event collateral to stage backdrop and presentations incorporating innovative technology. Even the giveaways, sourced by Miraj, added a touch of appreciation and goodwill for the company. The event was attended by the upper crust of business and commerce as well as by many diplomats of the Middle East.
